Inflating ball. Shake out the ball.
	Shake or knock the inner tube loose.
	The inner tube should hang freely vertically below the valve opening.
	Apply 1 - 2 drops of valve oil (or washing up liquid) through the valve opening.
	IMPORTANT: Always use a long needle. The valve opening is placed upwards. The pump needle is inserted in the valve opening. It is important that the pump be kept vertical whilst inflating. This also applies for compressed air.
	Recommended match pressure:                          BAR Football Size 5 0.8 - 1.0 Football Size 4 0.7 - 0.8 Football Size 3 0.5 - 0.7

Other advice would be to store your football indoors. Do not sit or stand on your football. Balls designed for use on grass will not last as well on artificial surfaces.
